I am somewhat confused about the ABRP in that it seems to be directing one to CCS and J1772 chargers. On the 2/5/21 interview with Nathan Armstrong, in charge of Mechanical Engineering at Aptera, he specifically says at 30:33 that the car will have a Tesla EVSE connector and not a J1772 or CCS plug. Did we ever find out who loaded the Aptera into the database of ABRP? Was it someone official at Aptera?
@OceanDragon The Founders have stated that they want to use the "elegant" Tesla PORT and that they will provide adapters because they plan to use the CCS charging standard. There's been no mention of Aptera accessing the Tesla Supercharger network.
I believe that someone at CleanTechnica added Aptera to ABRP - it's easy enough to do. One of their writers has been posting "fantasy" trips from every continent in a thousand-mile Aptera.
At ecalc.ch all Aptera battery sizes are available. I was everywhere with it and my Aptera. 😀
