I drive close to 50K miles a year, own a 2019 model X, I need the range, so I have put a deposit down on a 1000K Aptera. I drive to a lot of smaller rural communities, I've ran into areas where they might have a ChargePoint charger, but it has snow piled up around it for 20 ft and you can't get close enough to charge. My Wishlist:
A super quiet cabin with no wind noise.
A great ADAS system, automatic braking, lane keeping.
having the payment for charging be integrated with the car would be a huge plus.
I need a vehicle that is insulated better for noise, but also that does not allow in the cold of winter from the upper midwest. I drive in a lot of temps that are below freezing to below zero and it really zaps the batteries. Nothing like having to turn off all the heat for the last 30 miles so you can make it to the supercharger with 2 miles left in the bank
A great sound system
Heads up display would be great.
integrating a charging disk on the bottom of the car to charge on the go as you travel down the highway/interstate would allow any electric car to have 1/2 the batteries and being able to go great distances without battery range anxiety! If you have 1/2 the batteries your vehicle is also lighter which should also help get longer range.
definitely swappable batteries
big screen that is able to mirror your phone.
Thermal camera on the front to pick up deer/animals/human near the roadway for extra safety.
Headlights that fluctuate to see maximum distance but still don't blind oncoming traffic.
Auto wipers that really work
a replaceable windshield that doesn't cost a fortune.
Some great storage areas.
heated cameras for rear view mirrors and the backup camera.
@kebdvm A wish list already exists in this forum.
