Wow - it filled up fast. I logged in about 2 minutes early and got right in. It was just a one-way Webinar answering questions that had be submitted prior to Webinar on "Social Media", probably FB, Instagram and Twitter. There were no questions taken from the Webinar audience. I noticed it was recorded so it might show up on FB or YouTube. There wasn't a lot of technical details discussed. Mostly review of design principles and some new accessories.
Randy - check out their FAQ in Google Spreadsheet. Link is in this thread by Sarah Hardwick. I just noticed it has about 100 more answers than the version I looked at last week. Seems they are using it to capture everyone's questions with answers.
I received the info about the webinar a day later. Why are questions from FB, Instagram, Twitter etc. answered and not the forum questions collected and answered. The forum should be the main means of communication. Too many media - too many cooks spoil the dish.
@Ioswa. I totally agree. I joined this forum thinking that like many forums, that it would have representation by the manufacturer and its technical or marketing staff. I am a little disappointed by the large amount of non documented speculation given as fact by some participants. Many are just communication what they see in photos or previous videos. Prototype and production models evolve. I am not trying to bad-mouth this forum, but it would be nice to get some actual data. On another note, is there anyway to select which notifications we receive from the forum. I am getting swamped by notifications in areas that I am not interested in. Thanks everybody.
@OceanDragon You are absolutely right. We deal with each other with assumptions, suppositions and half-truths and get no answer from those who should know - THIS IS IT - Occupational Therapy
