I placed an order on launch day, and I look in the my orders section, and my pre-order is not showing up in the "My Orders" section, even though I logged in with the same email address I used to place the pre-order. Can this be fixed? It is kind of annoying to see something like this, and indicates a problem if this type of association cannot be done automatically. I have the order number and the email from Aptera, but needless to say this has me concerned, as this makes me uncertain if future communications will happen, and there is no way to check the order on the account. I rather this gets fixed sooner, not later.

I actually have the exact same problem....I have an early preorder and it is not listed in my account. Odd!
Good to see I am not the only one with this issue. They need to get this fixed as soon as possible. It shows a deeper problem with integrating systems if they are not able to pull this off and overlooked this.
I would recommend contacting Aptera directly by email. I am sure they will get back to you.
I did, no response, which is why I am posting it here and trying to contact them in as many ways as possible.

I'm sure they are swamped right now with all of the questions from launch week. They have always been VERY responsive to any questions I have for them. Give them time. I guarantee they will get back to you.
I too among among those having received zero response to an email from the mothership. It does not bode well.

So I can tell you that they have been completely overwhelmed this past week. I have actually been fortunate enough to have had conversations with them. I did not ask directly about the order not showing up but other topics. Their will be some delay in communication but hopefully will improve quickly.

This is a pretty simple database task. Making sure people's accounts show their order, whether or not they created an account when they ordered. So when they do create an account, the order is there no matter what. This is an especially important thing considering the ability to create an account was not there when many of us ordered a week back. I wish they address it soon.

Back in the first Aptera days I wanted one but could not afford it. Now I can.
I have not received an email confirmation for my order on launch day. Nothing in My Orders. My credit card statement shows they took the money. How can I even email them?

@Harry Parker Yes, found that a minute after posting, but still no email response and nothing showing up in My Orders. I get emails from Aptera, but only encouraging me to preorder! I got one email that was autogenerated to simply say: "We are overwhelmed and trying to catch up." Seems like they could autogenerate an confirmation email with an order number.
I have the same exact situation. Have emailed them twice. No response yet. It would be nice if they can connect the order/reservation placed using the same email address. My order number is 135**, so it is going to be a long wait anyway. So not concerned for now.
They mentioned in the Zoom call this morning that they are buried in emails, and are working through the wee hours to get them answered. You should hear back before too long.

I wonder if this is related to the fact that the referral system wasn't working at launch?
They have a lot on their plate. It was announced during yesterday's Zoom call that they have received over 4,000 preorders. The software seems not to have been quite ready when they launched, I am going to wait a few weeks before I contact them to straighten out an overcharge on my preorder.
@n.bruce.nelson I noticed that, on launch day, the website required payment for any options ordered as part of the reservation. A few days later it did not. I wonder if this was only a function of reserving a Paradigm edition?
@Kerbe #12705 No it was a glitch in the system that was discovered and corrected before the preorders opened up to the general public. As an investor, I had early access. The charge for the accessories was quickly reversed, but it didn't include the $100 that I had a credit for. I am sure it will be taken care of in due time.

Don't say that! I still have a couple of weeks to go to generate enough traffic on the Aptera reddit (r/ApteraMotors) to get us listed in the general automotive list and have more visibility.
I've heard a few mentions of the zoom call yesterday. Who got invited to that, and where did you see it? I had an email for the last zoom meeting, but nothing for yesterday.
It was only for people who were invited into the Ambassador's program.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to jump in and say thank you so much for all your support. We are indeed buried with hundreds of emails being received daily, and we are extremely grateful for your patience. We have been receiving many questions about orders not showing up in your account. Here's the situation: we are using a platform called Wix to manage our website and online store (thankfully we will be migrating to a new site soon). Unfortunately, if you made your Aptera reservation before you created your account, Wix has no way of connecting them. We can see your order in our system (I promise it's there!) but you may not be able to view it. The only solution we've found is to cancel your order and recreate it using the email address you signed up for. I know it is frustrating (believe me! 😩) The only time I would be concerned is if you did not receive an email confirmation including an order number. In that case, I'd be happy to double check that your order went through. I hope this helps, and we apologize for the unexpected technical glitch. Thanks Sarah. That must have been what happened to me. I only wonder who would wish to cancel their order, lose their place in line and then get back in at the end of the line? I'm sure Aptera can come up with a more elegant solution to this from a customer-driven perspective. BTW, Happy New Year!
