Most people say that physical exercise is the best way to keep yourself healthy. Most people say that exercise is important to keep you stress levels in check. However I disagree, sometimes all you need to bring your stress levels down is some peace of mind. I usually bring my stress level down by taking a long drive. I specifically went through a long list of car dealers in Tokyo to find the best car for myself so that I could enjoy long drives every day. When you drive on long routes and your drive is uninterrupted by any traffic, it is an extremely peaceful and enjoyable experience. What other ways can you use to keep your stress levels in check?

For us..., also bringing along our dog! With Bringfido.com sites to hope plan those trips and good Charge databases like plugshare, hotelscharge.com etc.... the anxiety goes down. Well we know a little about some dog friendly options from Aptera. We know a lot about the Never Charge bonus... All+++++. If Aptera has pet friendly climate control, well😀😃😄
And with standard navigation options to plan routes avoiding cities, avoiding tolls, most direct, etc...if that bothers you.... that’s all good. My wife needs some tunes while driving, but sometimes silence is golden! To each... their own!
I live in a very rural state - so nearly every drive is a long one: Today, for example, I'll be making a 100 mile round trip to buy groceries. In my experience, though, it's not so much the drive as it is the vehicle that reduces stress: When I began cancer treatment a few years back I was driving a Honda Fit and my oncologist's office is 90 miles away. As much fun as a Fit is to drive, it's about as well-mannered as a go-cart: Bouncy, jittery, noisy and, in general, not a "highway cruiser". If you've been through chemo (your own or a loved-one's) you know how stressful it can be - especially before and after treatment: EVERYTHING is annoying! I just couldn't deal with the additional aggravation so I traded the Fit in on a VW Golf - a larger, heavier, quieter, more "solid" vehicle that actually got higher mileage. IMMEDIATE stress relief. The end of the Golf lease saw me move into a Honda Clarity PHEV - and an every LOWER level of stress as the vehicle is, indeed, a "highway cruiser": Big, heavy, comfortable and, thanks to its 50 mile EV range, mostly silent. I find that I look forward to needing to drive somewhere as it's every bit as peaceful as riding my bicycle. I eagerly await the day that I can transition to full-EV driving!
To each their own. For me, driving is one of the more stressful activities in life. And I think it should be, since it's the most dangerous activities we do regularly.
Yes, I think it really depends on all one's circumstances. I put about 400,000 miles on motorcycles, much of it commuting. Stressful days at work were easier to recover from because I could look forward to a motorcycle ride at the end of the day. Long trips, often with my wife to places like the Grand Canyon and Death Valley created memories that remain with me to this day. I gave it up when I developed vertigo a few years ago, but I greatly look forward to trips like this again in the Aptera. It will be the stuff of dreams and a vehicle for making new ones.
I don't enjoy many things more so than driving in snow, as long as I'm away from all other cars. A snow-covered road in an EV gives such a quiet ride that it's peaceful. However, I don't like dealing with other drivers in such conditions as most in my area can't handle bad weather or are driving vehicles not fit for the conditions.
Driving must not be seen as a way of getting rid of stress after a tough day in the office but if you are on long drive than in between driving you can set your office Schedule, and can solve many other problems but if you enjoy the act of driving and if you also keep some Best Savings Coupon with your self and do some shopping it can take away the burdon of modern life and refresh your mind. Many racing drivers has been report feeling much tension released and less worried when they are driving on public roads, compared to sit between friends , meetings , gathering etc.
While some may find the revving of an engine while driving on a track is very stress reliving. However I think the revving on an engine while stuck in traffic is actually very stress inducing. I found that commuting in an EV is much less stressful. single peddle driving is much less stressful than the tension of gas -braking.
