Without getting too glitchy.... perhaps an “option” for elegant down lighting (LED) could be nice.
We are green, so... we down want to light pollute!
Actually night parking with the option for down strobe lighting has a function here in the SW in rural areas (and I suppose city) where wildlife, like rodents, can try to settle into vehicles for the night and/or while in storage. Apparently the critters are more comfortable in total darkness. Of course on the colder winter desert nights, with ICE vehicles, that can be more of a draw to settle into a warm place for the evening. I garage our vehicles so have never experienced this... but I know rodents like to chew the plastic on electric wires😞 and have been told , from mostly people who overnight park or store their vehicle outside , rodents have done several thousand dollars of chewing damage to their vehicles, especially if parked near high grassess and debris
Better visibility is never a bad thing.
