If you haven't heard of Amory Lovins, he's the founder of the Rocky Mountain Institute and the godfather of energy efficiency (and has been talking about it for at least 40 years). Here's his take on electric vehicles:
"This overlooked gamechanger is not electric autos, more than two million of which were sold last year worldwide. Rather, it’s the separate and complementary option of efficient autos that use lighter weight, sleeker aerodynamics, and better tires to save half to two-thirds of the energy needed to move them, no matter how they’re propelled."
According to this fellow, Amory Lovins, what the world is looking for are found in Apteras, but perhaps he hasn't heard about us yet. Who wants to tell him?
I discovered Dr. Lovins in '83. In the '90's RMI put out a blueprint for an efficient auto that I paid $200 just to read. I was convinced. Aptera was the first to do it.
I sent the Aptera.us URL in a email to their Outreach email address, but perhaps more should share their hope and belief in Aptera with them too?
