The Aptera Forum
Depending on range selected, 2021 is sold out and so is 2022 (most likely), so 2023?
Looking at the 1000 mile range even though doubt it's needed. I would love to be driving it in Northeast Pennsylvania as my main transportation. Please notify if sooner availability

@Harry Paul Hastings
First of all you should check if the dimensions of the Aptera are allowed for a 3-wheeler in Pennsylvania. 🙄
USA has uniform size limits across all the states. Canada is the same. Many trucks and trailers are wider. Anything up to 8 feet (96 inches) wide is OK on our roads. My old catamaran boat trailer was that wide. It was not a problem to tow or park (except when backing up 😀). So an Aptera has 8 inches to spare.
I also recall the following statements:
AK, MT, WY, NY, MA and ME do not recognize 3-wheels as a special type of motorcycle and therefore require their riders to have a motorcycle license.
Some of them require helmets.
AK does not allow 3-wheelers on highways with a speed limit over 90 mph.
