If a decentralized model employing small light industrial production facilities are in your business plan, I would be able to help facilitate one in SW Ontario, Canada.
Given the continual disruptions in supply chains, having a decentralized production model makes a lot of sense. In addition to Canada, putting a assembly site on the East side of the Rocky mountains would save significant freight expense and Scope 3 emissions.
For full disclosure I'm not associated with Harely-Davidson, or any real-estate agents . I just remember seeing it was closing on the news last year. Though it would be nice not to have to drive to California to pickup my new Aptera.

Well, if they are in the market for a manufacturing plant east of the Rockys, the Harley-Davidson plant in KC closed in 2019 and is for sale.
