Lots of questions: With the batteries located in the belly of the Aptera what is the protection mechanism to protect the cells from an underside collision? -Is there a crush zone in the belly body? -Is the body strength so strong and the weight of the vehicle so light that a belly impact at high speed would just pop the vehicle upwards and leave the cells unaffected? -Would the anti-inflammable characteristics of the composite body protect the interior from a compromised battery cell(s)? Has the official battery cell chemistry and type been determined (ie. 18650 Li-Ion) -If not, what is the leading design prospect? -Is there a single belly contour cell rack? -Are some cells stacked vertically? Do you have any information of the estimated charge cycles and capacity retention? Just curious.
