Thanks for the added info. I did go to review orders and there is no pre order id, but every other confirmed detail of my order is there. I hope it’s just a case of it not being fully in their system and not another bug in their already buggy “new” website. I’ve built e-commerce websites myself over the past 10 years. Their new site looks great, but functionally, it looks like a work in progress, hope it gets better for all of us!
