“The $8.80/share offering is for Class B shares. My earlier investment was for class A shares at $3.30.
As I recall, the class A shares came with voting privileges, and class B shares do not. Any finance gurus on the forum to spell out the differences?”
This is not how it reads in the current investment circular. It does show the Class A shares coming with voting privileges, and no voting for Class B shares. But the last investment round (which I invested in) was only Class B/non-voting. And this offering is only Class A/voting shares, at $8.80 a share, with a minimum investment of $1,000.
